Brother DCP-135C All in One Printer

Today just got my printer Brother DCP-135C from IT All Hypermarket in PJ.
Damage to wallet rm199

RM199 for a copier, scanner, and printer is not bad at all. So far i just unpack and connected it to my vista ultimate. Installation is a no brainer thingy. Nothing sepecial here except that there is a reminder to install the software first before plugin the usb cable in to connect the printer with my notebook.

Printer--
I have print some photos to glossy paper and the result is fantastic..just love the color, however when i print to my non glossy paper i encounter a problem..color was dull...later i found out wat is the problem..i should select paper type as inkjet paper instead of photo paper.

Scanner--
The scanner allow u to scan image to file, email, ocr, and even pdf! cool is it.. default scan option is fast..but if you set the resolution to 1200x1200 be prepare to wait n wait..maybe i just exagerated a bit but the waiting time is still bearable.

Copier--
have not tested yet..:)

At rm199 this beast is a must buy all in one printer.

pro:-
4 separate ink tank provide more prints..
cheap at rm199 + free 10 pieces of 4r glossy paper and come with ink cartridges.

cons:-
built in print head to the printer make repair costly if damage.

Zishan Z1 firmware Update and Manual

I found out Zishan has released a new firmware for Z1 player. It supports three new playback modes. download here.. The update is simple. All you need is the ZiShan_Z1_0.2.zip and a TF card. I used a 32GB TF card in FAT32 format. 1) Turn off Z1 player; 2) Extract app.bin from ZiShan_Z1_0.2.zip, and put it in the root directory of the TF card; 3) Insert the TF card into the player; 4) Turn on the Z1 player. The LED light will be on for 3 seconds and then blink ultra-fast for around 5 seconds. (Done). 5) Remove the file app.bin in the card. What's new in v0.2: 1) Add 180 EQ settings. (WTF...it's a screen-less player.) 2) Add 3 playback modes: Repeat, Shuffle and Default. (Very useful for me.) 3) Fix a DSD problem.
